Through our own foundation, the FWG-Foundation, we collect donations in all restaurants. For every charity dish sold, we automatically donate CHF 1 to selected charitable projects. This way, we combine enjoyment with solidarity and foster long-term impact.

We are part of the Swisstainable sustainability program and are classified as Level II - engaged. The Swisstainable sustainability programme brings together businesses and organizations across the entire Swiss tourism sector. By participating, we commit to continuous sustainable corporate development, pursue measures in the area of sustainability and thus make a concrete contribution to sustainable Swiss tourism.

This verification underscores our commitment to a sustainable future in the areas of environment, social and governance and sends a clear signal of transparency and credibility.
Why you pay for climate protection and how your contribution is used:
In addition to reducing our own emissions, we are also investing in removing CO2 from the air. Our goal is to reduce our own CO2 emissions by 10% by the end of 2025 and also invest in our partner company Climeworks to remove 5% CO2 from the atmosphere. That's why your contribution goes without any deductions to the Swiss company Climeworks, which specializes in the development of technologies that capture CO2 and store it underground, where it mineralizes within 1-2 years and turns back into rock. In this way, the CO2 is permanently removed from the atmosphere and can no longer contribute to climate change. We believe in the future and the vision of Climeworks and with your contribution you can also provide support.
